Clarity Comes Before Speed
Page 2 • Understanding unnecessary pressure
Pressure often does not come from work itself.
It comes from confusion.
When we are unclear about our direction, every task feels heavy.
We rush, not because we know where we are going, but because we are afraid of falling behind.
This kind of speed creates stress, not progress.
Without clarity, we start comparing our journey with others.
We feel guilty for resting, and anxious while working.
Clarity removes this pressure.
When we know why we are doing something, we no longer need to hurry.
Our energy becomes focused, not scattered.
A clear mind works better, even at a calm pace.
Today’s reflection:
Is your hurry coming from clarity,
or from fear?
